Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal under the armpits. If wearing body armor underneath, measure with armor on.
Measure around the natural waistline, typically level with the navel. Keep one finger between the tape and body to ensure comfortable riding room.
Measure from the highest point of the crotch seam along the inside of the leg down to the ankle bone or desired pant cuff termination.
